If you would like to switch to a different plan or change your billing frequency, you can easily do so at any time under company settings. Select "Settings & Apps" from the main menu and open your company's app. Click on "Edit plan".

You will have an option to choose between the Team or Enterprise plans, or switch between Monthly or Yearly billing cycles.

What happens when changing the billing frequency?

When changing the billing frequency, existing credit will be taken into account. In case changing from monthly to yearly, an invoice is created for the remaining amount to be paid.

The change will take effect immediately.

What happens when changing the subscription plan?

When changing the subscription plan, the new plan will apply immediately. In case changing from Team to Enterprise, an invoice is created for the difference that needs to be paid.
