Prerequisites
Access to the Report module in Uku.
1. Filter Report Data
Refine the report to view specific workloads, such as tasks completed for a specific client or by a specific team member.
Navigate to Report in the main menu.
Use the Filter Bar to select data criteria:
Period: Select the date range for the report.
Member: Filter by specific employee to measure individual workload.
Client: Filter by client to see total tasks and time spent.
Topic: Filter by specific work categories.
Status: Filter by task status (e.g., Done, Planned).
Enter a task title in the Search field to find specific items.
Select Reset (X) to clear all active filters.
2. Customize the Summary View
The Summary view provides a high-level overview of work done and extra work, grouped by category.
Select the Summary tab.
Select the Grouped dropdown to change how data is organized (e.g., Client/Topic, Member/Date, Client/Task) .
Select Expand (+) next to a group to view detailed line items.
Select Table Settings (table icon) to toggle additional data columns:

3. Analyze Tasks and Time
Drill down into specific task details or time logs.
Select the Tasks tab to view a list of tasks matching your filters.
Select the Time tab to view tasks alongside the specific time spent on them.
Select Column Settings (three-column menu) to toggle visible fields, such as Duration, Start Date, or Due Date.
Select a Column Header to sort the data by that topic.
4. Export the Report
Save the current view to share proof of work with clients or for internal record-keeping.
Apply the necessary filters to capture the correct data.
Select Export (arrow icon).
Choose to save the file as a PDF or Excel document.
Common Questions
How do I measure workload per client?
Select Client in the filter bar. The Summary tab will display the total tasks and time spent per client. The Tasks tab will list specific activities, and the Time tab will show duration details .
How do I measure employee performance?
Select Member in the filter bar to view the same data points (Tasks, Time, Summary) from the employee's perspective.
The report is blank or missing data?
Ensure the Period filter is set to the correct date range. Check if existing filters in the Filter Bar are excluding the data you expect to see; select Reset (X) to clear them.

Verify that you have selected the correct name in the Member filter. If the member does not appear, confirm you have permission to view their data.
