After the Flextime is activated and set up, members can start submitting vacation and absence requests.
How to submit a vacation or absence request?
Select "Profile" from the menu.
Click on "Vacations" from the submenu.
Press the "Request" button.
There are three types of requests you can submit:
Vacation - request a vacation
Away - sick or parental leave
Flextime bonus - withdraw overtime
