How does Uku's referral program work?

TL;DR: Invite a friend to Uku using your referral link. They get one free month plus free team training, and you receive a 30 EUR/GBP/USD Amazon gift card when they become a paying customer.

Who can do this

  • Any active Uku user can participate in the referral program

  • Your friend must sign up using the referral link you provide

Step 1: Invite your friends to use Uku

  1. Open the referral program in your Uku account.

  2. Enter your friend's name and email address.

  3. (Optional) Customise the invitation message that Uku sends to them.

  4. Select Send to deliver the invitation.

Your friend must click the link in the invitation email to join Uku. This link connects your accounts so that rewards can be tracked.

Alternatively, you can copy the invitation link and send it to your friend through any channel you prefer.

Important: Your friend must join using the referral link provided. Without it, Uku cannot match the referral and issue rewards.

What your friend receives

  • One free month of Uku

  • Free team training to help them learn Uku faster and organise their business

Step 2: Receive your reward

When your invited friend signs up as a paying Uku user after their free trial ends, you receive a 30 EUR/GBP/USD Amazon gift card. Uku sends you a notification along with the gift card once your friend's paid subscription begins.

Track your referral statistics

You can monitor your referral activity in your Uku account under the referral program section (marked with a heart icon). The following metrics are displayed:

  • Invited contacts -- The number of invitations you have sent.

  • Signed-up contacts -- How many of your referred friends have registered as Uku users.

  • Pending amount -- The reward amount waiting for your invited friends to start paying for Uku.

  • Earned amount -- The reward amount earned from friends who started paying, but the gift card has not yet been sent.

  • Paid amount -- The total reward amount you have already received.

You can follow each friend's progress in real time and see whether your reward is on its way or has already arrived.

Troubleshooting

  • Friend did not receive the invitation email: Ask your friend to check their spam/junk folder. Alternatively, copy the referral link directly and send it through another channel.

  • Friend signed up but referral was not tracked: The friend must use your specific referral link to register. If they signed up through the main Uku website without the link, contact Uku customer support for assistance.

  • Gift card not received after friend became a paying user: The reward is issued after the friend's free trial ends and they begin a paid subscription. If the trial has ended and you have not received a notification, contact customer support.

  • Referral statistics are not updating: Statistics update in real time, but there may be a short delay. If data appears stuck for more than 24 hours, contact Uku customer support.
