Choose the Most Popular Accounting Practice Management Software Subscription Plan

The free trial starts by creating a business account, and it automatically ends 14 days after sign-up. If billing information has been provided during the trial period, a subscription will be started upon the expiration of the trial.

The owner of the business account will receive a notification before the trial expires. If billing information has not been provided during the trial period, access to the company account will be restricted, but access to Uku Free remains. The company account details are kept for two weeks after that and can be accessed once payment has been received.

How to pay for Uku?

To purchase any Uku plan, you need a valid credit or debit card. Upon the expiration of the trial period, a subscription will be created for an account that has provided billing information during that trial period..

Enter your billing details and start your paying Uku Team account.

  1. Open "Settings & Apps" from the main menu.

  2. Select your company's app.

  3. Click on "Choose a plan".

4. By default, Uku shows the number of users that have been added under the business account. Increase the number to invite more users. To decrease the number, some user needs to be changed to inactive status

5. Choose if you wish your payment method to be monthly or annual. Keep in mind that there is a 23% discount for a yearly payment

6. Next, you are shown the amount that will be charged and to continue press "Pay". Please fill in the following with your credit or debit card details

7. Enter a valid card number, expiration date and CVV number from the back of your card. If any of the entered data is incorrect, the payment will fail

What to do if payment fails?

Sometimes due to server connection issues, browser extensions, and other factors, the payment process fails and you may encounter an error message that the payment was unsuccessful or the page keeps loading.

Solution:

  1. Log out of Uku - Exit your Uku account completely

  2. Open Uku in incognito mode - Open your browser's private browsing mode:

How to open incognito mode:

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac), or click the three-dot menu and select "New incognito window"

  • Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac), or click the three-dot menu and select "New InPrivate window"

  • Safari: Press Cmd+Shift+N or go to File menu > New Private Window

What is incognito mode? Incognito or private browsing mode is a browser feature that doesn't save your browsing history, cookies, or site data. This helps avoid conflicts between saved data and extensions that might interfere with the payment process.

  1. Retry the payment - Complete all the steps mentioned above and pay again

If payment still fails, also check your card details:

Most common payment errors:

  • Card has expired

  • Online payments are not enabled for the card

  • Insufficient funds available

  • Incorrectly entered card number, expiration date, or CVV code

  • Your bank limits payments abroad or outside your region

After checking card details and correcting any errors:

Always refresh the webpage while holding the Shift key before trying again. This ensures the browser loads the page completely fresh and removes any temporary errors.
