Section titled “1. Clients: documents tab”All files added to a client’s tasks or workflows are shown under the Documents tab on the client card.
2. Client Portal: custom links menu
Section titled “2. Client Portal: custom links menu”Add custom links to essential items such as: Documents, Financial reports, Onboarding forms, Feedback surveys, Service agreements, Pricing, Instructions, Invoices. This section allows you to build the menu structure, set the order of items, and define default links. You can also customize names and links for each client individually. Only menus with defined links are displayed in the Client Portal.

Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”Client Portal
Section titled “Client Portal”- Task assignment destination — under the task or project workflow template, choose whether the task will be assigned to the Client Portal or the client’s primary contact.
- Portal invite from client card — after activating the Client Portal and enabling access to the contact, you can send the invite from the client card, assign a task, and email the client. The invitation can also be resent if needed.
Calendar
Section titled “Calendar”- Time estimates — enter time estimations for tasks and see how much time has been estimated for the day. See the estimated time in the Summary or Tasks view in the report.
Clients
Section titled “Clients”- Export includes company number and client code — when exporting client contacts, the company number and client code are added to the file, so contact information can be easily updated.
- Plan change visualisation — when changing the client or project workflow, visualize which tasks were there before (green) and which new tasks will be added (blue) to the plan.
- Long name tooltip — when navigating to a long client name, the system shows the full name in a tooltip.
Emails
Section titled “Emails”- Signature font size — choose between two font sizes for signatures. For example, use a small font for the disclaimer of the signature.
- Resend failed email — when sending an email has failed, resend the email with a click under client communication.
- Improved date entry — enter dates in multiple formats, for example, 06.10.2024, 061024, or 06/10/24.
Reports
Section titled “Reports”- Agreement monitoring Excel — the downloadable Excel document shows the percentage, balance, completed amount, and agreed-upon amount for the task custom field.
