How to find invoices for Uku services
All invoices for Uku services can be found in your company account settings, where you can download or view them at any time.
Who can do this
Users with Admin or Owner role on the company account
You must be logged in to the correct company account
Finding your invoices
Open Settings from the main menu.
Click on your company name.
Select the Invoices tab to view all invoices associated with your account.
When is an invoice generated?
An invoice is generated automatically after any of the following events:
Subscribing to an Uku plan
Renewing a licence
Changing the number of users on your account
Tip: If you manage multiple company accounts, make sure you are viewing invoices under the correct account. Switch accounts by clicking your company name in Settings.
Troubleshooting
Invoice not appearing after payment: Verify that you are logged in to the correct company account. If you have multiple accounts, the invoice may be under a different one.
Payment was made but invoice is missing: Confirm that the payment was processed successfully in your bank or payment provider. If the payment went through but no invoice appears, contact Uku support.
Cannot access the Invoices tab: You may not have the required admin permissions. Ask your account owner to grant you access or to retrieve the invoice on your behalf.
