NEW
1. AML: Contact-level compliance fields
AML app logic now extends to contacts, not just clients. The same fields that were previously created only at the client level are now also available for contacts.
Why this matters: Client profiles can set risk profile or document expiry dates, and Uku generates reminder tasks X days before (configurable in AML app settings). Until now, this automation only covered one person per client. Since most clients have multiple contacts, the updated solution lets you use the notification system for all relevant contacts when risk profiles or documents expire.
Note: Existing companies must deactivate and reactivate the AML app for the new contact fields to appear.
Tip: Bulk update contact AML dates via import
Most clients already have contact information in Uku. You can:
Export the contact list from the client view
Fill in the AML dates
Re-import to update contact records
Contacts are matched by email address. If contacts were previously imported without email addresses, they may not match and new contacts will be created instead.
2. Clients: Search by contact custom fields
You can now filter the client list by contact custom fields, making it easier to find information across your contact database.
