Add new products to multiple customer contracts. To add a new product, first, you must enter a new contract template in the Uku billing app that contains the service(s) you want to add to the contract. After creating the template, proceed to the customer list, tick the customers you want to add to the new service and select the “Contract actions” from the horizontal menu. Next, choose “Append only” and specify which contracts you want to change. Then select the template you want to add to them.
