Sometimes it happens that it is necessary to massupdate customer and contact information. For this, it is best to download the existing information, update the given file and then import it again.
The following system fields can be updated by import:

How to update customer and contact information?
First, download the customer or contact list in the client list
Make changes to the downloaded file
Go to the client import view and upload the updated file
Check that the information is added to the correct fields
NB! If customers have a client code and/or company number, then these fields must be linked when updating the data so that Uku knows which existing company to update.
