How to update data by import?
TL;DR: Export your existing client or contact list, update the file, and re-import it to mass-update customer information including system fields, custom fields, and contact details.
Who can do this
Company account administrators or members with client management permissions
You need existing clients already created in Uku before updating by import

How to update customer and contact information
Go to Clients in the main menu and download the customer or contact list.
Open the downloaded file and make the necessary changes.
Go to the Client import view and upload the updated file.
Verify that each column in the file is mapped to the correct field in Uku.
Important: If your customers have a Client code and/or Company number, these fields must be linked (mapped) during import so that Uku can identify which existing company record to update.
Troubleshooting
Import creates duplicate clients instead of updating existing ones: Make sure you mapped the Client code or Company number column so Uku can match records to existing clients.
Client group values are not imported: Verify that the group names in your file exactly match the groups already created under Settings & Apps. Group names are case-sensitive.
Date fields show incorrect values after import: Ensure you use the dd.mm.yyyy format. Other date formats will not be recognized.
Some rows are skipped during import: Check that required fields (such as company name) are filled in for every row and that there are no hidden special characters in the file.
