Emails – Company can choose one specific email to be default email for all members

Emails – In case email integration under Emails app has been chosen to be available to everyone, it is also now available to be chosen also under a client as the client communication email.

Emails – In case you need to replace email that is used for email automations, then it is wiser to use the ‘Reassign emails’ option so that all emails would still be sent as needed.

Integrations – System has been improved, so, that deactivated clients are not imported from e-conomic anymore.

Workforce – Vacation view now gives a clear overview of your requested vacations. Vacations are separated into 3 4 blocks: next year, this year, last year, history. You can see a summary of days spent on vacation or illness.

Workforce – Company Flextime agreement has moved to company app settings where you can also define the expected office hours %.

Audit log – Audit log usability has improved significantly. User can see more information and reverse changes more easily. If you are on the Team plan you can see in the Audit log your actions today. To see the full company audit log for up to 100 days, upgrade to Elite.

Clients – In the client list all system fields are sortable. Sort client by client code, country etc.

Flextime – Uku now supports working on the weekend. When flextime agreement has been entered for the weekend, and time has been tracked for the weekend, the calendar shows out time now
