How to Start Using Accounting Practice Management Software?
Creating a company account in Uku also marks the beginning of a 14-day free trial for a paid plan. To continue using Uku after the trial period ends, you will need to add your payment card details. At the end of the trial, the creator and owner of the company account will receive an email reminder about the trial period's expiration.
How does payment work?
NB! Please note that this is available only to the owner and admin users of the account.
To purchase an Uku plan, a valid payment card is required. Both credit and debit cards that allow online payments are accepted. After the trial period ends, the prepayment amount will be charged from the card, and the selected plan will become active.
To subscribe to a plan, go to "Settings" in the main menu. Plans can only be subscribed to under a company account.
The company account page will show whether the free trial is still active and for how long. You will also see a "Choose Plan" or "Change Plan" button there.
By clicking the button, a view will appear where you can choose the following:
The number of members for the plan. The default number reflects the total users added under the company account, but this can be increased. To reduce the number, you must first deactivate some users under the company account.

In the next view, you'll see the exact amount to be paid and a "Confirm" button.
Clicking it will bring up a window where you can enter your card details:
Card number
Card expiry date
CVV number from the back of the card
If the entered information is incorrect, the payment will not be processed.
Upon successful payment, you can immediately start using the selected plan.

Common payment errors:
The card has expired.
The card does not allow online payments.
Insufficient funds.
After resolving the payment issue, always refresh the webpage (holding down the Shift key) before attempting the payment again.
