How to access history if you no longer use Uku

TL;DR: Even after your Uku subscription expires, you can still log in to view completed work, tasks, and generate reports from your previous data. Just dismiss the expiration notice and navigate to Reports.

Who can do this

  • Any user whose account previously had an active Uku subscription

  • You must still have valid login credentials for your Uku account

Access your historical data

  1. Log in to Uku at your usual login page. You will see a message stating that your subscription has expired.

  2. Dismiss the expiration notification by selecting the close button on the notification.

  3. Select Report from the main menu.

  4. Use the available filters and search options to find the data you need.

Your account data is preserved after subscription expiration. You can browse reports and view historical information, but you cannot create new tasks or make changes to existing data.

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot log in after subscription expired: Your login credentials remain valid after expiration. Try resetting your password if you have forgotten it. Contact Uku support if your account appears to be locked.

  • Expiration notice keeps reappearing: Dismiss the notification each time you log in. This is expected behavior for expired accounts and does not prevent you from accessing your data.

  • Reports are not showing expected data: Adjust the date range and filters in Reports to ensure you are covering the correct time period. Data from before your subscription started may not be available.
