How to use the client list?
TL;DR: The client list lets you filter and organize clients by various criteria, customize which columns are visible, and save views for quick access from the main menu.
Who can do this
All Uku members can view and filter the client list.
All members can save personal client list views.

Filter clients based on various criteria and save the lists you need for immediate access later from the main menu. Using the Columns icon, you can choose which information about the client you want to see in the list.
How to filter clients
Navigate to the Clients view from the main menu.
Click the + icon to add filter options.
Select the filter criteria you need (e.g., client group, status, assigned member).
Optionally, click the Columns icon to add or remove columns from the client list.
How to save the client list view
Select the desired filters for your client list.
Click the Save button.
Enter a name for the view filter and click Save.
To access the saved view later, hover over Clients in the main menu. Your saved client list will appear in the submenu.
Tip: Create separate saved views for different workflows, such as "Active clients," "Clients needing follow-up," or "Clients by group." This gives you one-click access to the client segments you check most often.
Troubleshooting
Saved client list view is not appearing in the menu: Hover over Clients in the main menu to see the submenu. Saved views are listed there, not on the main menu bar itself.
Client list is showing too few or too many results: Check your active filters. You may have a filter active that is hiding clients. Click the Filter icon to review and remove unneeded filters.
Columns are not displaying the expected information: Click the Columns icon and verify which columns are selected. Add or remove columns to match the data you need to see.
