If you want an even better overview of the tasks on your Dashboard and prefer to filter them in a way that suits you, use the Dashboard search view and its save option.
Filters are especially useful when you want to distinguish:
A specific time period
Important tasks
Today’s tasks
Tasks by client
To start, click the filter icon in the header of the task list on the Dashboard.
In this view, you can filter by:
Date (e.g., "Today")
Status – To Do, Done, Overdue, Delayed, Completed, and Archived
Topic
Client
User
Search
You can add more filters via the “+” icon.
2. Once your Dashboard is set up with the desired filters, click the disk icon to save the view.
In the pop-up window, choose whether to add a new Dashboard or edit an existing one.
3. If you want the saved Dashboard to be your default view, check the box “Make this my default view”. That view will automatically open each time you access the Dashboard.
4. You can access your saved Dashboards by hovering over "Dashboard" in the main menu. Your default Dashboard is marked with a # symbol and appears in bold.
