How to add a task plan?

Thinking it through and creating templates that fit your needs is key to a smooth workflow.

If you have added a client to the Uku system, entered both the contact person and the member, if necessary, and reviewed the client's settings, you can move on to creating the client's task plan.

There are 3 ways to create a task plan:

  1. Choose Uku's or your company's template.

  2. Use the existing client's plan as a basis.

  3. Create a new work plan.

TIP: To standardize the work processes within the company, you can add your templates under the company account to be used by all employees.

How to add a client's task plan by choosing Uku's or your company's template?

  1. Select "Clients" from the main menu and open the client to whom you want to add a work plan

  2. Select "Plan" from the top menu and "Choose template."

  3. Choose a suitable template from the left menu. You can also combine templates and remove or add tasks. To remove a task, remove the checkmark in front of it, and press the "+ Add task" button to add it. Read more about how to add a new task.

  4. Confirm the task plan.

How do I add a client task plan based on an existing customer plan?

  1. Select "Clients" from the main menu and open the client to whom you want to add a work plan.

  2. Select "Plan" from the top menu and "Create work plan."

  3. Select "Existing client tasks plan"

4. Choose the desired client from the list whose task plan you want to base it on.

5. Add or remove tasks from the plan as desired. To remove a task, remove the checkmark in front of it, and press the "+ Add task" button to add it. Read more about how to add a new task.

6. Confirm the task plan.

How to create a new task plan to a client manually?

  1. Select "Clients" from the main menu and open the client to whom you want to add a work plan.

  2. Select "Plan" from the top menu and "Add task manually."

  3. Fill out task fields, add recurrence and "Add"

  4. More tasks can be added manually by selecting "Plan" -> "edit plan" and then "+add task" -> Confirm task plan"

After the work plan is approved, the tasks will be transferred to the corresponding client's profile. This way, you can check whether all the correct tasks were added to the client's plan.
