How to change the member(s) assigned to the client?

Add, replace, or remove the member from the client’s work schedule.

When Accountants Change Clients

Bulk actions on the client list allow you to make changes en masse across the entire client base or to selected clients. As bulk operations, it is possible to add, change or remove members from clients and to add tasks to clients from work plans created under the company account.


Bulk actions with users

To activate bulk operations, check the box in front of clients:

NB! Filters such as member, default member, client group, etc. can be applied to the client list as bulk actions. The last three options open under the + icon.

Adding a member

Assign the member a role and the resulting rights to the client.

  • Admin - all activities related to the client are allowed.

  • Member - not allowed to change the client's plan, information, or change/delete notes. You cannot reduce a member's rights with the admin right under a client.

Set as the primary user

  • When creating a work plan or adding a template, the default user is the task maker.

Assign to incomplete tasks

  • The user is added to undone (also delayed) individual tasks;

  • The user is added to undone (also delayed) recurring tasks;

  • The user is added to individual-created tasks;

  • The user will not be added to repetitively created tasks.

Assign to plan tasks

  • The user is added to the recurring tasks of the current month;

  • The user is added to scheduled tasks;

  • The user is not added to undone (including late) tasks.

Replacing a member

When replacing a member, select which user you want to remove from the client and choose who you want to replace. For a new user, you get the following:

Set as the primary user

  • When creating a work plan or adding a template, the default user is the task creator;

  • The user to be replaced is removed from the user's place by default;

  • The user to be replaced is removed from the customer card (except the owner, admin.

Reassign incomplete tasks

  • The user preceding the late and unfinished one-time and repetitive tasks is replaced;

  • The replaceable user is removed from the primary user's place (if there was one);

  • The replaceable user is removed from the client (except the owner, admin)

Reassign plan tasks

  • The user preceding the tasks under the plan is replaced;

  • The user preceding the tasks of the current month and the recurring tasks of the future will be replaced;

  • The replaceable user is removed from the default user's place (if there was one);

  • The replaceable user is removed from the customer card (except the owner, primary user).

The user will be added to the client card if nothing is selected from the options mentioned above.

Removing a user

Remove from new tasks

  • Removed from delayed recurring and individual tasks;

  • Removed from future individual tasks;

  • Will be removed from the future planned tasks of the current month.

Remove from plan tasks

  • Removed from scheduled tasks.
