How to activate apps

About Uku apps

When you create a company account in Uku, a 14-day free trial for the Team plan starts automatically. During this trial, you can explore and activate additional apps to extend your workflow.

Apps remain available throughout the trial period and after selecting a Team or Enterprise plan.

Activate an app

  1. Navigate to Settings & Apps.

  2. Browse the available apps.

  3. Open the app you want to activate.

  4. Select Activate and confirm.

Each app may have its own configuration steps after activation. Refer to the individual app's setup article for detailed instructions.

Troubleshooting

I cannot see the Activate button

Only administrators can activate apps. If you do not see the Activate button, ask your company administrator to enable the app or to grant you administrator rights.

Apps are not available after the trial ended

Apps are only available on Team or Enterprise plans. If your trial has ended and you have not selected a paid plan, apps will no longer be accessible. Upgrade your plan to restore access.

An app was accidentally deactivated

Navigate back to Settings & Apps, open the app, and select Activate again. Your previous settings and data should be preserved.
