How to cancel a paid subscription plan

TL;DR: Cancel your Uku Team or Enterprise plan from Settings & Apps by selecting your company app, clicking Edit Plan, and choosing Cancel Uku subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the prepaid period.

Who can do this

  • Account owner or administrator with billing permissions

  • Applies to Uku Team and Uku Enterprise plans

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open Settings & Apps from the main menu.

  2. Click on your company app.

  3. Click Edit Plan.

  4. Select Cancel Uku subscription.

  5. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

What happens after cancellation

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current prepaid period.

  • No further payments will be charged after the prepaid period ends.

  • No refunds or credit calculations are issued upon cancellation.

Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to all features until that date. No partial refunds are provided.

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot find the Edit Plan option: Ensure you are logged in as the account owner or an administrator with billing permissions. Standard members do not have access to subscription settings.

  • Cancel Uku subscription button is not visible: You may already be on the Solo (free) plan. Check your current plan details under Settings & Apps to confirm.

  • Still being charged after cancellation: Verify that the cancellation was confirmed. Navigate back to Settings & Apps and check whether your plan shows a scheduled cancellation date. If charges continue, contact Uku support.
