Bulk actions on the dashboard

Bulk Actions allow you to edit, postpone, log time, or mark multiple tasks as done at once.

Edit, add time entries, postpone, or mark several tasks as done simultaneously.

With bulk actions, you can make changes to multiple tasks at once — saving time and keeping your workflow clear. Actions include assigning users, changing statuses, shifting deadlines, adding time entries, and archiving tasks.

Activating Bulk Actions

  • Hover your mouse over the left side of the task row – a checkbox will appear in front of the client’s name.

  • Click the Grouping icon on the Dashboard toolbar and select "Enable Selection" to display checkboxes.

You can also hold Command ⌘ (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows) on your keyboard.

Note: The bulk actions menu will appear once you check one or more tasks.

Available Bulk Actions:

  1. Delegate to users – assign the selected tasks to new responsible users.

  2. Add user to task – add an additional user as a follower or participant.

  3. Replace user – remove one user and replace them with another.

  4. Mark as Extral Work / Important

  5. Postpone:

    • Until tomorrow

    • Later this or next week

    • Specific date

    • Option "Later" – moves the task(s) to the Later view on the Dashboard.

  6. Add Time:

    • Enter the same time for all selected tasks

    • Or divide the entered time equally across selected tasks

  7. Mark as Done – complete several tasks at once.

  8. Three-dot menu:

    • Delete – remove tasks.

    • Archive – move tasks to the archive so they no longer appear in the active task list.
