The Dashboard is your personal daily task view. It opens automatically after login and shows all tasks assigned to you, sorted by due date. From here you can filter, sort, group, search, reorder, archive, and save your preferred view as a bookmark.

Reorder dashboard tasks
Section titled “Reorder dashboard tasks”Uku lets you set a custom task order using the Calendar view. After rearranging tasks there, the new order is reflected on your Dashboard when you refresh the page.
- Open the Calendar view by selecting it from the main navigation, or by clicking the date shown next to the calendar icon on the Dashboard.
- Locate the tasks you want to reorder.
- Drag a task to the desired position. A dotted-line placeholder indicates where the task will be placed.
- Release the task to drop it into the new position.
- Repeat for any other tasks you want to reorder.
- Refresh the page to see the updated order on the Dashboard.
Archive and delete tasks
Section titled “Archive and delete tasks”Over time, completed and outdated tasks accumulate on the Dashboard. Keep it clean by archiving tasks (which hides them from the active view but preserves them for reference) or deleting them permanently.
Archive tasks
Section titled “Archive tasks”Archiving removes tasks from the active Dashboard view but keeps them accessible through filters.
- On the Dashboard, select the tasks you want to archive (hover over rows to reveal checkboxes).
- Click the three-dot menu in the bulk actions bar and choose Archive tasks.
To find archived tasks later, open the filter bar, set the date range, and set the Task status filter to Archived.
Delete tasks
Section titled “Delete tasks”- On the Dashboard, select the tasks you want to remove permanently.
- Click the three-dot menu and choose Delete task.
- A confirmation warning appears. Click Destroy to permanently remove the tasks.
When a task has multiple assignees, deleting it offers two choices: Remove only me (drops just your assignment — the task stays for everyone else) or delete it completely (removes it for everyone). Deleting a shared task completely requires task-management admin rights.

Deleting a task with tracked time
Section titled “Deleting a task with tracked time”If time has been logged on a task, Uku warns you before deleting (“Time has been tracked to this task”). On deletion, those time entries are removed along with the task — they no longer appear in Report → Time. If any entry falls in a locked (closed) period, Uku blocks the deletion entirely until the lock is lifted.
Browse task history
Section titled “Browse task history”To review tasks that are no longer on the active Dashboard, open the history view directly from the Grouping menu.
- Click the Grouping icon on the Dashboard.
- Select Show history.
- Choose how far back you want to see tasks.

Save dashboard views

I can only “Remove only me”, not delete the task
