As part of branding, you probably want to give your emails your own look and feel — now you can do so with highly customizable signature templates!
2. Tasks: period placeholders in task titles
Section titled “2. Tasks: period placeholders in task titles”Use period placeholders in the company or client plan tasks to be aware of the period it belongs to, even if the task has been moved from the original period. Clients want to see tasks with titles like “tax return August”, “tax return September”, etc. Use a period placeholder to do that.

Section titled “Emails”- Test email — After creating an email template, check out how it looks before starting to use it by sending a test email.
Workforce
Section titled “Workforce”- Irregular schedule hours — In case someone is working on an irregular schedule, define the expected working hours for each day, which can differ from day to day.
General
Section titled “General”- Manual date entry — In whatever view you are working on, the date can be entered manually for the date range, and there is no need to scroll in the calendar to pick dates. This also enables custom time periods.
Monitoring
Section titled “Monitoring”- Time monitoring by topic — Have a more detailed overview of time spent on the client by monitoring time by topic. Even though the agreement with the client is for the whole service, usually, that is divided internally between different services. Then you know if the scope creep is from support, consultation, monthly bookkeeping or something else.
