Uku is now integrated with the Danish business registry. When adding a new client manually, it fills in the fields with basic company data that is available in the registry.

• SmartAccounts — import clients, import entries (count of different transactions done in the previous month and invoice by that), and create invoices in Uku and export them to SmartAccounts.
• Multi-source client import — import clients from different accounting softwares. Up until now you could only have your clients linked to one external accounting software. Now you can import client data from different sources without creating duplicate entries.

• Flextime — rejected vacations can be changed or deleted by the requester.

• Date change sync — when changing the date on the task, the calendar is updated. There is no need to refresh anymore.

• Copy contact email — copy a contact email address easily to clipboard and use wherever needed. A copy icon has been added to the contact email address on the client sidebar.
• Non-billable topic indicator — when a topic has been marked non-billable, it is now also visually shown on the task.

• Empty plan fix — fixed an issue where unchecking all plan tasks didn’t remove all the tasks from the client plan. You can now save a plan in Uku without any tasks in it at all.
