Section titled “1. Tasks: completely new look”The task view has been completely redesigned with a new look and layout.
2. Emails: company-wide default email address
Section titled “2. Emails: company-wide default email address”Your company can now choose one specific email address to be the default email for all members.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”- Add comments to recurring task templates — you can now add comments directly to a recurring task template, before any individual tasks are generated.
Emails
Section titled “Emails”- Client communication email — when an email integration is set to be available to everyone under the Emails app, it can now also be selected as the client communication email on a client.
- Reassign emails — when you need to replace the email address used for email automations, use the Reassign emails option so that all automations continue sending from the new address.
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”- e-conomic import — deactivated clients are no longer imported from e-conomic.
Workforce
Section titled “Workforce”- Vacation view — gives a clear overview of your requested vacations. Vacations are separated into four blocks: next year, this year, last year, and history. You can see a summary of days spent on vacation or illness.
- Company Flextime agreement — has moved to company app settings, where you can also define the expected office hours percentage.
Audit log
Section titled “Audit log”- Usability improvements — users can see more information and reverse changes more easily. On the Team plan, you can see your own actions from today. To see the full company audit log for up to 100 days, upgrade to Elite.
Clients
Section titled “Clients”- Sortable system fields — in the client list, all system fields are now sortable: sort clients by client code, country, and more.
Flextime
Section titled “Flextime”- Weekend support — Uku now supports tracking time worked on weekends. When a Flextime agreement covers the weekend and time is tracked, the calendar shows the worked hours.
