1. Billing: export invoices to Merit Aktiva
Section titled “1. Billing: export invoices to Merit Aktiva”Invoices prepared in Uku can now be exported directly to Merit Aktiva.
2. Clients: ‘Updated’ column in the client list
Section titled “2. Clients: ‘Updated’ column in the client list”A new ‘Updated’ column is available in the client list, giving you an overview of when each client’s data was last modified.
3. Billing: new columns and filters in the billing view
Section titled “3. Billing: new columns and filters in the billing view”New column options — ‘Invoice Date’, ‘Exported’, and ‘Sent’ — have been added to the billing view, along with a customer search bar and a customer group filter. You can also save filters so you can reopen a desired invoice view without setting it up each time.
4. Billing: assign the next invoice number
Section titled “4. Billing: assign the next invoice number”To keep invoice numbers in sync with your accounting program, you can now set the number that the next invoice should receive.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”- Dashboard grouping now persists when you navigate away and return.
- New templates and topics added to your company account appear immediately without a page refresh.
- A new user added to a client is set to ‘Admin User’ by default.
- Templates — you can now delete old templates you no longer need.
- Open a client card in a new window by pressing Command (macOS) / Ctrl (Windows) and clicking the client name.
- In the client profile date field you can now select all dates.
