Activity log vs Audit Log — what is the difference?

Understand when to use the Activity log (bell icon — what happened) versus the Audit Log (profile menu — what changed and what the previous value was).

Audit Log

Find, filter, read, and undo changes in the Audit Log — Uku's complete record of every field-level change across tasks, clients, invoices, and more. Includes all three entry points (global, client, project) and the Elite plan limits.

Export reports

Export your Report data as a PDF or Excel file — the export reflects your current filters, visible tab, and sort order. Save and share time data for billing or management review.

Flextime tab in Report

Use the Flextime tab in Report to review each team member's agreed vs. actual working hours, accept or decline periods, edit balances, and add comments — requires the Flextime app to be active.

Identify overlaps and missing time records

Use the Time tab in Report to find overlapping or missing time entries, understand the color-coded gap and overlap indicators, and correct them directly from the report.

Review and edit flextime balances in Report

Review each team member's flextime balance, accept or decline periods, manually adjust balances, add approval comments, and view the full flextime history — from the Flextime tab in Report.
