Bulk actions and exports on the Members page
Select multiple members to run a combined report, or process multiple vacation requests at once. Export member and vacation data to CSV from the action menu.
Bulk-assign or reassign clients across team members
From the client list, assign one team member to many clients at once, remove them from many clients, or replace one member with another — all in a single bulk action.

The Mailbox is a central log of every email Uku has sent — view delivery status, identify failures, and resend failed emails in bulk.

Member groups
Member groups (also called teams) organise members for filtering tasks, running reports, granting team-level rights, and assigning a team lead. Create and manage them on the Members page.
