The Settings & Apps page is your central hub to configure your Uku account, enable feature apps, and connect accounting integrations.

Members and Teams

Members and Teams permissions

What members and teams can do — company access levels, the per-team View/Edit/All matrix, and per-client permissions.

Member profile

What each tab on a member's profile does and who can view or edit it. Which tabs appear depends on your plan, enabled apps, and permissions.

Mailbox — email outbox and delivery log

The Mailbox is a central log of every email Uku has sent — view delivery status, identify failures, and resend failed emails in bulk.

Security and login methods

Enable or disable Email/Password, Google, Microsoft Azure AD, and Xero login from Settings & Apps > Company > Security. Company Owner only.

Subscription and plan management

View your plan, switch tiers, adjust member counts, apply voucher codes, and manage payment methods from Settings & Apps > Subscription.

Expired subscription
